1n an exciting development for internet connectivity in Ghana, Starlink, the satellite internet constellation by SpaceX, has been given the green light to comm3nce operations. According to posts from the National Communications Authority of Ghana (@NCAGhana on X, Starlink go start ein services by the end of August 2024.
This move comes after months of anticipation following the NCA’s approval of Starlink’s application to provide satellite broadband services in the country.
This approval has come amid a public outcry on social media spearheaded by @tech_twi on X calling for a reduction in the price of data prices in Ghana.
