The Bank of Ghana has recently released a diclosure and transparency guideline for Digital Fianacial Services classified under Payment Service Providers.
This group of service providers includes blockchain, bitcoin and cryptocurrency service providers in Ghana most of which are based in Accra, Tema, and Kumasi.
The new set of guidelines is meant to provide a framework to guide our providers and in the long run protect users of these digital financial services and products.
